Registration payment, in Japanese Yen only, is due within 5 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. In case of cancellation 20% will be retained as non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than August 18, 2025. No refunds will be made after this date.
The registration fee includes program material, downloadable copy of conference technical digest, welcome reception, excursion and conference dinner on September 4, lunches, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee.
Thursday Excursion and Conference Dinner
Please join us Thursday September 4 afternoon for a conference excursion and dinner. Banquet tickets for attendees are included in the price of registration. Tickets for guests can be purchased for ¥20,000.
